Gillette Stadium - November 21, 2021
Gillette Stadium - November 21, 2021
Team S4RT is thrilled to be live, in person this year and can’t wait to see you all on November 21, 2021. To do so, S4RT must follow the health and safety requirements of its host location, both Gillette Stadium and the Town of Foxborough, the State of Massachusetts and the CDC. Following these same guidelines, Gillette Stadium has implemented a series of health and sanitization policies and procedures to keep you safe and comfortable while visiting. In addition to following Gillette Stadium’s requirements for admission, S4RT has a few additional protocols and recommendations.
Although negative tests and proof of vaccinations will not be required, as visitors to Gillette Stadium, everyone participating in S4RT2021 at Gillette Stadium on November 21, 2021 will be required to sign a form on that day before entering the stadium certifying that they haven’t tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or experienced symptoms of COVID-19 within 48 hours prior to the event. This applies whether you will be participating as a climber, a volunteer or a spectator.
This is what else you can expect:
Masks: Per the guidance from the State of Massachusetts and the CDC, face coverings will not be mandatory for guests at Gillette Stadium. However, face coverings are strongly recommended if you are not yet fully vaccinated, and they are encouraged for all. People who have a condition or are taking medications that weaken their immune system may not be fully protected even if they are fully vaccinated. We want to keep our community and our supporters healthy, and in an effort to promote face coverings, S4RT’s committee and volunteers will wear face coverings during the event.
Hand Sanitizer Stations and Touchless Facilities in Restrooms: Staying healthy and reducing the spread of germs means washing your hands regularly. For your convenience, we will have hand sanitizing stations throughout the stadium. In addition, there will be touchless toilets and sinks in all restrooms.
Social Distancing: We ask that you practice social distancing throughout the event. This includes during registration, the opening ceremony, and the stadium climb.
S4RT’s goal is to host a successful event, where we maximize participation and net proceeds raised to support our veterans while keeping our community healthy. We appreciate your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you on the 30th!
